Refund policy

Return Policy:

We are happy to accept returns for items within 45 days of the shipping date with a valid receipt. Please submit your return request to return@bougiebrokepro.com.

We do not accept returns without a receipt or order confirmation number. If you do not have a valid receipt or order confirmation number we be unable to confirm your purchase in our system and no refund will be issued.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, and unworn (this does not include defective merchandise).
Certain merchandise such as re-sale items are not eligible for return.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All Re-Sale Items Are FINAL

We take extra care to fully describe our resale items, including any significant flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email with your questions before placing your order.

We are highly particular about the items we acquire for resale. However, we want to remind our customers that most of our re-sale items are used. It is possible that an item(s) may have minor flaws. This is to be expected when buying used items.

While we will not sell items with noticeable pet hair, pet dander, or smoke odors we cannot guarantee that all garments have been housed in a pet-free or smoke-free home prior to our possession.
